Do massed attack, and then switch to specialization once your ready to spam troops

It’s what I do, just takes a while because of military power

Depends on the country, if you have more manpower than you know what to do with use specialization to get more troop xp

I never mess with doctrines.

I prefer balanced tbh, they just don’t seem worth it. I feel like military leaders are a much better use of military power.

Doctrines and conscription very important

Conscription is important, but most people ignore it, also if depends on if you’re economy can handle anything passed limited

If you want Max Rank units you should choose specialization but if you want a huge army then choose massed attack
