Because their policy is trash. It literally is the only ideolegy policy that has negative effects

@Internmguy2190 would still go fascism since it provides huger buffs compared to nationalism. nationalism doesn’t even offer much substantial upgrades other than no drawbacks compared to fascism

The problem with fascism is that there’s no synergy, you can declare fast but your war exhaustion will skyrocket
