Leaders are the meta as communism. Use it. If not, then you aren’t playing communism right.

Not to mention with the research buffs, you can get quantum by like 2024 now. by 2027 you should have gotten the entirety of the infantry branches and tax collection/factory/resource extraction tree.

If you are suffering as communism especially with all the new features and upgrades, then I don’t know what to say anymore. Only thing nerfed was the population growth but again, it barely does anything.

+ Communism has always been on top of socialism even before this update. Socialism is only a stepping stone to communism, it shouldn’t be long-term use.

@Dxrknrg Communism is now ultimately a risky ideology instead of one that is backed up by socialism. Forced labor is no longer an amazing ideology, as even if you do have healthcare or other ways to compensate that, a long war could ultimately destroy your population without the enemy even taking your cities. Economy wise, it is completely reliant on that there are no players as major countries, as if communism were to be in a server with no one to sell, it's pretty much a sitting duck. Socialism is much easier as a stepping stone and much more maneuverable in every situation

Communism still doesn’t need trades, just get an op industrial and government leaders, secure the most abundant resource rich territories, and use your income to save up for the spending.

@Dxrknrg -2 population, meaning if communism players with that policy have a war that is raging for 10 years, with t5 healthcare and around 2 war exhaust, they would lose around 15% of their population

You're basically forced to get healthcare spending before their policy brings the country's population down, but still, keep using leaders to exploit resource income, spam mines, and get research buffs

Even if you get healthcare, it will barely outdo the damage of forced labor. Getting into long wars is a communist country’s specialty and you not being able to shows the hinderencr

I haven’t fully tried the update yet (besides the testing server but I didn’t do much) so I can’t debate the best I can but im going to retry it later
