Finland is exposed to more people though (immigration + roma + sami people). Romania only has the Roma and Hungarians.

@YugoMafia No I dont know lots about Australia, but you literally said you're a city boy so how would you know about rural Australia? Also, I dont think you know what "third world" means, "third world" isnt another word for poor, it is countries that were neutral in the Cold War

The phrase ‘third world’ has now evolved. Yes, I’ve lived in Sydney my whole life but I know a lot more about Australia about you. I have been to almost every state/territory and most cities in Australia. There are small indigenous villages in the outback with no food/water/clothing etc. Just like Africa.
