My opinion

Q1: I think Uzbekistan and Iraq are fairly balanced, just counter Russia and Turkey.

Q2: China and USA are a bit out of hand, same with Germany

Q3: Same with Q2 in my opinion

Q4: Generally smaller nations got hit hard

Q5: Might be a repeat so Ima do underpowered. Armenia, Syria, Mongolia, Bulgaria, Serbia, Greece, Hungary, Poland, and a lot more tbh.

Q6: When dealing with powers, always and ALWAYS make factories of steel and motor parts, aircraft parts can be used later. Use your terrain, hills, arid, jungle, arctic, mountains. Always train either infantry or tank specializations by right clicking the training button. Use military leaders, doctrines, and specializations in the military focus. Use artillery and if you have a coast line get a navy. And the most important thing is to beg like a worm, ask for help or at least money and man power.

Q7: It depends if I am on a good day or not.

Q8: Meh, I think I should be fine playing the country I like

Q9: Mongolia or Poland in early game.

Q10: You betcha, a lot of releasables, nerfing electronics, and the terrain update
