I mostly operations in defense because I once played as Colombia and the North American Union was invading me, I used one of the defense operations (Elastic Defense) as well as defensive generals, defensive policies, and training. I won the 1st war. After a truce, I was an idiot and got rid of my defenses, the NAU player came back after disconnecting after a while, declared war on me again and won (the reason I disbanded my units was because of costs.) I had the nationalist/fascist ideology, so it didn't work too much. (I was trying to form Gran Colombia.) I got help from other countries (mostly Argentina) and also a Kazakhstan player that had nukes! I technically lost the 2nd war, but the NAU player decided to quit and give my land back. Here is a map of the 1st annexation war (keep in mind I had Panama and Ecuador.)

Yesterday I was playing as Argentina, I had a Brazil player which was nice enough to let me live and let me take Uruguay, I formed a military alliance with Zaire, Iberian Union, and Brazil. I quickly took the nations needed for Rio de la Plata and Patagonia and formed. Then I was too lazy to take Peru because of the mountains, Ukraine created a faction called the Fascist Alliance and I joined them along with most other European nations. I looked towards Africa and took Madagascar, Seychelles, and Comoros. Right before this, I turned fascist. Now that was an absolute buff, mainly due to stability and war justification. Fascism has an insane +12% base stability, along with political technology tree and national monument modifier and certain policies, I got to 91% stability and took over Southern India, Sri Lanka and Maldives, with Italian Empire and Iberian Union, who were also faction members. Then I took over Brazil with no help, and because of the low war justification and lower military upkeep, I took it really fast and became a huge superpower. And, this was also only 2039. I finally took over Peru, became liberalist for tax income and developed a lot. I left the game and I realized how good fascism can be.
