First, make 2 Electronics Factories, 1 Steel Factory, 1 Motor Factory.

Next, spam Maginot sized Troops and Tanks until you use all of your manpower.

Justify on Germany while you are doing all of this.

When it finishes, immediately declare and not give him time to develop.

Use your usual strategy of taking the Rhineland, and rush Berlin. If he is a noob he will focus everything on your border and not watch those areas. Next just spam auto capture and see if you win.

If he invades Poland he will most likely focus all his troops there, so you can surprise attack him, AND simultaneously save Poland

Edit the strategy to your liking, like I did. Make sure you do most of what you did here. Personally I like to invade Benelux first, and then make tanks.
