I was playing with my alt (We are roleplaying World War 1 so German Empire was at war with Belgian Empire, French Empire, British Empire, an America later on) (Austro-Hunagrian Empire at war with Russian Empire, French Empire, and British Empire, oh and Greece) (Ottoman Empire was at war with Russian Empire, British Empire, French Empire, and Italy joined on the Entente Side) To be basic, we made it as realistic as possible, then one of the releasable (I forgot name) was independent around ST Peteresburg, so I roleplay the siege of it (Like the October Revolution) and Russia collapsed into many releasables, I used console to form United States of North Asia and had it conquer the vast lands in the Stans, RPing Civil War, I did an RP name known as Russian Socialist Federative Soviet Republic, and the USNA was the White Movement in the civil war, it all came down to collapse of Germany, Austria, and Turkyie, After a while I conquered everything Russia lost except for Finland, The Baltics, and Poland (Having the RP name of Soviet Union (Pre-WW2)

I wondered if private servers exempt all the rules except for hacking and Roblox TOS

Who is that most overrated spawn of hell that takes all the credit for stuff they contributed nothing towards that you absolutely hate, yet everybody else seems to love and celebrate constantly.

For me it's Catherine the Great. She stole basically all of her reforms that made her a "progressive thinker" and "enlightened ruler" from her predecessor, Peter III. The increases in inoculation? Voltaire basically spammed her DMs until she did it. The only good quality about Catherine was that she knew where and when to attack places; that's all I can think of.

I formed the Russian Empire on a public server!

Instead of forming, I was actually going to be invaded, but the person that wanted to invade me had to leave (Uzbekistan), so they ceded me their land. In fact, following the formation:

I became a superpower! Eventually, before leaving, I released everything.
