Mb since the korean war hasnt ended, north korea can have an automatic justification against south korea?

We all know the Korean peninsula is today ruled by 2 nations, the Capitalist and Democratic "Republic of Korea", known as South Korea, and the Communist Dictatorship known as the "Democratic Peoples Republic of Korea", known as North Korea. However, (Like many points in history) this could've been another Taiwan situation. Just like the title says, this is a scenario where the North wins the Korean war. This time, the South government turns into a rump state. You could consider the diversion point to be at two points, the first being the South Korean governments backing into Pusan, where here they wouldn't last long. This would be the most likely scenario. The second and less likely scenario, is during Chinas push into the peninsula, where here the Chinese get wreck-less with their manpower (as in double the casualties) to Overwhelm the UN forces and are pushed out of the Peninsula (That totally won't affect Chinese stability). Both scenarios would result in the same outcome where the South Korean government is forced to flee the peninsula, and relocate on Jeju island.

Due to the Capitalist economy and non-isolationism stance on foreign relations, South Korea becomes one of the most rich and technologically advanced nations on Earth, making over 1 million on taxes, but also relying on trade. They would also have every building except for the ones required for Nukes.

Note- I had a lot of ideas I wanted to make, but due to being lazy and tests, I didn't make anything. I still wanted to post something on Friday, so I remembered this thing I made and decided to make it. All in all, it took around an hour to make this. Its the start of Winter Break, so(Well Have a good Winter Break to users that go to school) see you in March!
