Proposal

The Proposal was set in 1975 by the Vietnamese but got stopped by Kampuchea cause of the Khmer Rouge. The Rouge was feared that they were gonna be controlled by the Vietnamese so they stopped the Plan of a Indochinese Proposal.

Reason it could not be possible : (

Since there is already a Vietnam formable that looks like Indochina (Nguyen Dynasty) there could not be it... unless exclusive but I really don't know :|
