The war is spreading quickly...

As the tensions quickly rise in Scandinavia between Sweden and Norway, the Kingdom of Norway declares war on and invades Denmark and Iceland, then quickly consolidates the new territories in to the Norwegian Realm. This causes Denmark and Iceland to quickly attempt to ally with the Austro-Hungarian Empire, yet they are rejected by the new Leadership of Austria-Hungary. This frightens the Swedish, who attempt to invade Denmark, but only gain the Island of Bornholm, as Norwegian troops land at Aalborg and Copenhagen. The Norwegian government wishes to meet with delegates from the German Empire and Kingdom of Serbia to discuss declaring war on Austria-Hungary at the Treaty of Aachen, because of the Swedish attempted pact with the Austro-Hungarians. This news causes Norway to immediately declare war on Sweden, causing an extension of this war into Scandinavia. Sweden, following the news of the Treaty of Aachen, declare war on Germany and Serbia. The world shall look on ominously at this war, as it is becoming a Great War...

A new United Kingdom of Sweden-Norway?

Norway, recently having gained independence from the Swedish, or more broadly, Sweden-Norway, the Norwegian government attempts to recreate this union but with equal participation in it, though the Swedish people support this, their Government does not, eventually leading to a mass mobilization in the North of Europe. Sweden begins to lean more near Austria-Hungary, and the Norwegians begin being more toward the Serbians and the Entente instead of the Central Powers. The Danish attempt to mediate at the Treaty of Kražiai, yet the Swedish government only has a 47.5% vote to ratify the treaty, which they need 50% to ratify it, and the Treaty does not pass in the Swedish parliament. It looks like there might be another huge war if this doesn't settle down, this time in the North...
