The Trust Territory of the Pacific Islands (TTPI) was a United Nations trust territory in Micronesia administered by the United States from 1947 to 1994. The Imperial Japanese South Seas Mandate had been seized by the U.S. during the Pacific War, as Japan had administered the territory since the League of Nations gave Japan a mandate over the area from Imperial Germany after World War I. However, in the 1930s, Japan left the League of Nations and invaded additional lands. During World War II, military control of the islands was disputed, but by the war's end, the islands had come under the Allies' control. The Trust Territory of the Pacific was created to administer the islands as part of the United States while still under the auspices of the United Nations. Most of the island groups in the territory became independent states, with some degree of association kept with the United States: the Federated States of Micronesia, the Republic of the Marshall Islands and Palau are independent states in a Compact of Free Association with the U.S., while the Northern Mariana Islands remain under U.S. jurisdiction, as an unincorporated territory and commonwealth. |

Strategy[]
Forming Across all Micronesia is very easy, so you won't need any factories. If anyone is playing as a country you need, you may need to rejoin, as defending as a single island nation is very easy.
Invading Northern Mariana Islands[]
To form Across all Micronesia, you need to invade 3 island nations. The easiest would be Northern Mariana Islands. First, use your homeguard of 20 thousand, and justify conquest on Northern Mariana Islands. While you're waiting, buy 0.15 
Oil from any country, and build a frigate. If you go into deficit because of this, enact the policy "The Military Service Act". If you are still in deficit, research Tax Collection 3. If you are still in deficit, choose the ideology nationalism. If you are somehow STILL in deficit, set taxation setting to high. The best place to build this frigate is on Weno, 
Chuuk. While you're waiting for the frigate to be constructed, justify a war goal conquest against 
Palau and the Marshall Islands. Send your 20K troops to Rota, which is the southern island of the Northern Mariana Islands. The troops should come for your troops. Once those troops are gone, invade the north island.
Invading Palau[]
Next, you should invade Palau. Click on your flag, click "Military", click on "Doctrines", click on "Naval", and then click on "Light Flotilla", then "Fast Attack", "Escort Coordination", and if possible, "Thalassocracy". This will improve your frigate's power. To improve the speed, research the Naval Missiles branch as much as you can to maximize the power of your frigates. When done, send your frigates to the point where the entire country of Palau is in the range of your frigates. Soon enough, the troops should die out, and then you can send the 20K infantry that you used to invade the Northern Mariana Islands to Palau, and it will soon collapse.
Invading the Marshall Islands[]
The Marshall Islands is a single city, single island nation. Use the frigate you used on Palau and send it to the Marshall Islands, to the point where the entire island of Majuro is in the range of your frigate. Wait for the troops on the island to die out, and then invade it with the homeguard you sent to the Northern Mariana Islands and Palau, and then you have all the required areas for Across all Micronesia, and now you can form it.
