An Aircraft Manufactory is used to produce Aircraft Parts. Each factory produces 8 Aircraft parts and requires 2 aluminum, 2 chromium and 2 titanium. They may be hard to come by as titanium is a rare resource in game. Aircraft parts are used to make aerial units and the Aircraft Carrier. A single factory cost $25,000,000 to build.
To create an Aircraft Factory, press on a city, press "Buildings", and scroll down until you see "Aircraft Manufactory". Then, ensure that you have enough money and resources to create the factory then press on it.
This will create the factory and like all other buildings, this will take some time to start producing aircraft parts.
It is a side-recommendation to trade aircraft parts from those who produce it. As said before, titanium is rare and 2 units is a hefty amount, especially if your country doesn't produce the resource. It is also advised to not leave the factories running for too long, unless you have a suitable amount of the required resources for upkeep.
