Geography[]
The terrain is flat, and The closest neighbor is placed approximately 80 kilometers away. Antigua and Barbuda is completely surrounded by sea, which forces invaders to use a navy, and potentially aircraft.
Cities[]
Antigua and Barbuda has two cities, one of them being their capital, Saint John's, inhabited by 35,499 people. These add up to a total population of 37,133.
The other one is Codrington, being a capital of their releasable, Barbuda.
Strategy[]
Note: This strategy is outdated, as it contains outdated mechanics. Do not rely on this.
When you first start off, you will understandably have an extremely weak economy, and little or no manpower. However, going Massed Attack as not the solution, as it won't be much of a help, and untrained troops are nightmares when invading entrenched, semi-trained Home Guard islands. First off, justify on Guadeloupe and
Martinique. What you must do is institute the Military Service Act policy, since it'll reduce your military upkeep and increase your Manpower gain. Make about 90k troops, and train them to "Trained" level before invading.
You should've justified on your nearest neighbors by now. Start justification on another pair, then declare war on the 2 nations you already justified on. Using artillery to weaken Home Guards beforehand is a good idea, but artillery can have a high upkeep (albeit this can be mitigated by making and selling Electronics). Send your 90k infantry straight at the enemy. Try to assign them to an attack-boosting (or if that's not possible, XP-boosting) general, since it will increase your attack efficiency. Once they defeat Guadeloupe and you annex them, immediately begin developing your capital and build a Recruitment Center there. Meanwhile, your troops will regain numbers slowly. Let them do that, and be patient. Let them reach 50k troops, then attack Martinique. Why only 50k this time? Your troops will be trained to "Seasoned" level, so this much will get the job done.
Once you finish off Martinique, set your Government Spending to "Low". This will let you maintain 50% stability without taking too much of a toll on your economy. Keep on building 1 Recruitment Center in each annexed city, and constantly develop them. Once you reach 250 political power, switch your ideology to Nationalism. Once your manpower is exhausted from reinforcements (it should be exhausted upon reaching 50k-55k forces), invade [[[File:Saint Lucia Flag.png|border|22px|link=Saint Lucia]] Saint Lucia. Repeat the reinforcements step, and keep on repeating this, working your way south through the West Indies. Research the infantry damage tree, and once you research "High-capacity weapons", focus on the research tree, it'll come in handy later.
Seize Dominica (you might've noticed we skipped that, so best to take it out while justifying on the following regions), then
Barbados,
Saint Vincent and the Grenadines,
Grenada, and finally
Trinidad and Tobago (in order). Build a Recruitment Center in every city you invade, and keep on developing your annexed regions for more income. Once you seize Trinidad and Tobago, build mines in both of its cities, then make multiple frigates, and maybe buy some oil for a single destroyer. This will form your initial navy for defense against people worried by your rise to power. Remember, the magic number for invading entrenched cities is 50k infantry (assuming you're still using the same "seasoned" division). Upon reaching Trinidad and Tobago and making your basic navy, your next target should be
Haiti. It'll serve as a springboard for invading the Dominican Republic and Cuba, and later,
Jamaica. Your manpower increase at this point should let you reinforce your army up to 70k (the original number if you followed this strategy to the letter).
This will actually be an easier task, as you won't be attacking entrenched troops this time, but rather entrenching yourself in a city, letting Home Guards attack you and kill themselves while you suffer minimal losses, and auto-capturing nations (as the case sorta is with Trinidad and Tobago). At this point, you should start training one 10k infantry division in your capital for every nation you annex. Also, that original 70k division should be a veteran division, or at least close to veteran, by now. Now declare war on Haiti, and begin the real fun.
Land on Les Cayes, and lure the AI to your entrenched troops, then start capturing Haiti.
Of course, there is one thing we haven't mentioned. What about Mexico and South America? Usually, they don't notice you till it's too late (i.e. you make a navy). With smart usage of submarines, allies, and tanks (Haiti has cities big enough to make em), you can fight em off. (More on this later, this is a WIP.)
Once you completely annex the island of Hispaniola, invade Jamaica, and prepare for Cuba (make sure not to forget about the other island nations like
Curacao, they will also be needed for the Caribbean Federation. you can deal with them using the 10k troops we kept making back in Saint John:). Cuba is not as imposing as it looks, assuming it's not a player. You'll just need more troops; about 200k should be enough. Using the cities of Hispaniola, spam 10k infantry divisions, and increase the size of your 70k division to at least 100k.
Land on Santiago de Cuba (a bigger port city on Cuba's east). The jungle and hills will be perfect for the Cuban Home Guard's initial attack. Once their 30k division attacks and dies, auto-capture Cuba. You may need to reinforce your initial divisions. Once Cuba falls, annex it. Finish off the lesser islands such as Bermuda, and finally, you can form the Caribbean Federation.
Threats[]

Jamaica) wanting to form
West Indies Federation.
Trivia[]
