Bashkiria is a formable that can be achieved by 
Bashkortostan which is a releasable originating from 
Russia. It is located near the Ural Mountains right next to the 
Ural Republic. It controls lands in both Europe 
and Asia

Bashkiria was an autonomous region established in the territory of the Bashkir people within the Russian Empire. The Bashkirs are a Turkic ethnic group indigenous to the region of Bashkortostan in the Ural Mountains.
During the Russian Revolution of 1917, as the central authority of the Russian Empire weakened, various ethnic groups sought greater autonomy or independence. In 1917, the Bashkirs formed the Bashkir Central National Council (Bashrevkom) and declared autonomy for their region.
The autonomous Bashkir government, under the leadership of intellectuals and activists, aimed to establish self-governance, protect the rights of the Bashkir people, and promote their culture and language.
Geography[]
In most of its land (the Ural Republic to be more specific), the terrian there stretches out starting in the top-half Semi-Mountainous and then for the bottom-half Mountainous much like its Ural Mountain counterpart. Also to know that there are a few Hilly areas which cling to the bottom-half of said terrain.
Now for the biomes, all of the landscape is completely and just plain nothing. However there are Mild Winter which start to happen during the late autumn period covering 2/3 of its landmass and then transferring into Severe Winter during winter. For this, it can have bring up really good potential during wars.
In its political view, Bashkiria would border 
Kazakhstan south of its land then only Russia from all other sides which then makes the country completely landlocked.
Economy & Manpower[]
The starting economy for Bashkiria is $483,386 daily. During which, about $462,075 of that is tax revenue while a small remaining of that $21,311 is squeezed out from resources. The majority of the tax revenue would be thanks to the Ural Republic.
Manpower is collected at around 808 daily mostly due to its low population. It can have a maximum of at 201,038 manpower given its starting conscription law.

Totaling up the count, Bashkiria has a populaton of 10,051,867. Its most populated city is Yekaterinburg with 1,313,000 residents. That is followed by Chelyabinsk with a population of 1,091,000 and then Ufa with a population of 1,018,000. The rest of its population is distributed among the rest of its cities with almost none of them topping more than 500k residents.

Strategy[]
Start as Russia, and justify a liberation war goal on Latvia. Build one electronic, motor and steel factory in Bashkortostan, and when the justification is done, take Latvia with your home guards and concede all your releasables, (see releasable page for quick liberation). Switch to Bashkortostan, and wait for your manpower to build up. Then spam tanks and take Ural Republic, If it’s a player, which it rarely is, swarm them with tanks before they can do anything. Now you can form Bashkiria!
