The Cayman Islands does not have any biomes

Borders[]

While the Cayman Islands doesn’t have any land borders, it shares many maritime borders with Jamaica, Cuba, Mexico, and Belize.

Strategy[]

Immediately start by setting your tax to high and get factory output 2 (And Public Service Act for extra resources from factories). Start justifying on Cuba and Jamaica. In the meantime, make 1 electronics factory and steel factory. Only buy 2.1 gold, 2.1 copper and 0.4 titanium (Buy 4.1 units of iron after the steel factory has finished building). After the factories has been built, Start selling electronics to AI countries, 1-5 units depending on the starting income of the nation(Remember to save some for civilian factories), and start making a frigate and a few infantry units. Switch to static lines doctrine and declare war on Cuba.

After you get your frigate to bombard the Cuban troops to around 5k, use AI luring to lure their troops and wipe them out. With the troops gone, split your army into 2 units and start capturing until you can force peace. (Pro tip: Leave the capital city Havana for last when you force peace, to save manpower).

After that start justifying on Haiti and Dominican Republic. By now you should get your government spending to 1-3 levels and start making a motor, fertilizer and 3-4 civilian factories (when the unrest in Cuba starts to cool down). Attack Jamaica, conquer and justify on other Caribbean nations.

You can now expand anywhere, you can expand to Central America (If Mexico is not a player), expand to other smaller Caribbean islands and form the West Indies Federation or expand to Africa. It's your choice and you can do anything you want once you start to get a modest amount tanks and a strong enough navy. Now, good luck with your Cayman expansion and become a regional power dominating the Americas!
