Corsica is a releasable in Europe for
France, located to its southeast in the middle of the Mediterranean Sea. It was added on 11/8/22 along with many other releasables.
Having no formables or missions to its name, Corsica's sole goal is expansion. Expansion that may start out easily, with the capture of Monaco or other French releasables; and gets significantly harder when facing powerhouses in the region, such as
Italy,
Germany,
Spain, or even the
United Kingdom.
Corsica, however, may very easily find itself a target of these same countries, as a prime indicator of the fall of France, and thus a gateway for other nations to annex your territories for formables that require the rest of France.
