The Duchy of Courland Semigallia was a vassal state of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania which comprised of Modern Day Latvia, although in game, the Duchy is a mixture of the Duchy of Courland-Semigallia and the Duchy of Livonia. in the 17th Century, the Duchy of Courland Established the First Colony on the island of Tobago, also known as "New Courland", and in 1651, the Duchy gained a colony on the coasts of The Gambia.

The following nations are needed to form Courland-Livonia.
If you're Latvia:
Estonia: Justify a war goal on Estonia. Make as many troops from your manpower pool as possible, as it is always ideal for a small nation like Latvia. Then, declare war and capture a city to lure their troops. You should be able to completely destroy the enemy's troops due to your superior numbers. Then, auto capture and annex.
- The
Gambia: After taking Estonia, justify war on The Gambia. It is imperative to make sure your position on Europe is safe and secured before declaring war on overseas countries like The Gambia, as if you need to move your entire army to colonize the nation, a stronger European nation could catch you off-guard and attack you. If it is, then declare war on The Gambia. Unless you have a large number of troops or have a navy of at least one destroyer, and wait for your navy to deal damage to reduce the home guard's numbers to at least 14k troops, do NOT attack the Gambian home guards head on. Instead, move your troops through
Senegal to attack their eastern cities, so you can apply the AI Luring tactic. However, you may take attrition via Senegal. Doing this, however, you should be able to defeat the home guard, and the rest of The Gambia will be easy to take. Once annexing The Gambia you may take Senegal in order to boost your economy via the treaty or to expand.
Trinidad and Tobago: You should have justified on Trinidad and Tobago along with The Gambia, so once the justification finishes, declare war, and understand the warning stated in the strategy for The Gambia as well. Utilize AI Luring by capturing Tobago, the smaller island of Trinidad and Tobago. As Tobago is nearby Trinidad and Tobago’s home guard, ensure that your invading force has the advantage in a battle without entrenchment. Alternatively, move your destroyer to their home guard, and wait for the home guard's numbers to be at least below 14k. Then, have your division in the area (at least 60-70k troops, just to be safe), land in the south of the island, and take out the weak home guard. Once you have defeated their military, you can auto capture Trinidad and Tobago and swiftly conquer it.
If you're Estonia:
- Latvia: For Latvia, justify conquest, and as said for Latvia, make as many troops as possible. Use your infantry to invade Latvia.
- The Gambia: Declare war on The Gambia, Use the same strategy and apply the same warning as for the one for Latvia.
- Trinidad and Tobago: Use the same strategy and apply the same warning as for the one for Latvia.
