Build 4 electronic factories and justify on Senegal and
Gambia. When the factories are almost done building buy 8 copper and 8 gold and sell 64 electronics to AI's. Build as many troops as you can and declare war on Senegal. Take Dakar with your troops, split them in half and auto-capture Senegal. Build a steel and a motor factory and buy the needed resources for it. Wait for unrest in Dakar to go down, then build as much tanks as possible, and also buy some oil in bulk.
