Roblox Rise of Nations Wiki

Jordan is a Tier III nation in the Middle East, which is a region of Asia .

Background[]

Jordan, officially the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, is an Arab country in the Levant region of Western Asia, on the East Bank of the Jordan River. Jordan is bordered by Saudi Arabia, Iraq, Syria, Israel and Palestine (West Bank). The Dead Sea is located along its western borders and the country has a 26-kilometre (16 mi) coastline on the Red Sea in its extreme south-west. Jordan is strategically located at the crossroads of Asia, Africa and Europe. The capital, Amman, is Jordan's most populous city as well as the country's economic, political and cultural center.

Jordan is a semi-Arid, almost landlocked country with an area of 89,342 km2 (34,495 sq mi) and a population numbering 10 million, making it the 11th-most populous Arab country. Sunni Islam, practiced by around 95% of the population, is the dominant religion and coexists with an indigenous Christian minority. Jordan has been repeatedly referred to as an "oasis of stability" in a turbulent region. It has been mostly unscathed by the violence that swept the region following the Arab Spring in 2010. From as early as 1948, Jordan has accepted refugees from multiple neighboring countries in conflict. An estimated 2.1 million Palestinian and 1.4 million Syrian refugees are present in Jordan as of a 2015 census. The kingdom is also a refuge to thousands of Iraqi Christians fleeing persecution by ISIL. While Jordan continues to accept refugees, the recent large influx from Syria placed substantial strain on national resources and infrastructure.

Jordan is classified as a country of "high human development" with an "upper middle income" economy. The Jordanian economy, one of the smallest economies in the region, is attractive to foreign investors based upon a skilled workforce. The country is a major tourist destination, also attracting medical tourism due to its well-developed health sector. Nonetheless, a lack of natural resources, large flow of refugees and regional turmoil have hampered economic growth.

Strategy[]

General expansion[]

Starting as Jordan is difficult because of the countries around you, however if you follow this strategy things should go smoothly.

Assuming Israel is not a player, justify on Israel and Lebanon and create an electronic factory and buy 2 Gold and 2 Copper. Once you have done this, wait until your electronic factories are running, then sell 5 electronics to AI countries that have a decent income. Once you have done this, declare war on Israel and annex it. Once you have fully collapsed Israel, make sure in the peace treaty that you take 75% of their treasury. With the money from Israel, you can create a Motor, steel and fertilizer factory, buy the required resources to make the factories run, (you can tell what you don't have by a notification on the right-hand side of your screen when the factory is made) then create some Civilian factories. Along with the revenue from resources and the stability you get from the factories, you can sell the Consumer Goods to rich AI nations such as the United States, India or Brazil to have a plentiful income. By this time, it's recommend that you go for Communism for the oil-rich nations you will be annexing (enable the forced labour for dissidents policy). As you invade nations it should become easier and easier to invade them.

If Israel is a player[]

Okay, lets say Israel is a player. Then you should immediately create a motor factory and make a destroyer on your southernmost city. Once you have created and have gotten your factory running, buy oil and create tanks. After this you should go on massed attack and make an electronic factory to avoid a deficit (still selling 5 electronics per country). Assuming Israel has already declared on you, move that destroyer to his coast and create artillery. Once you have around 1k-1.4k tanks try to take one of their square cities then create fortifications. Continue this by creating more destroyers and/or battleships with artillery to kill off his army and annex them. Then refer to the top paragraph for expansion.
