The Kingdom of Bohemia is a formable for the Czech Republic in Central Europe
. It has 23 cities.
The nation is bordered by Switzerland,
Liechtenstein,
Germany,
Poland,
Slovakia,
Italy,
Hungary, and
Croatia.
History[]
The Kingdom of Bohemia was a medieval and early modern monarchy in Central Europe, the predecessor of the modern Czech Republic. It was an Imperial State in the
Holy Roman Empire, and the Bohemian king was a prince-elector of the empire. The kings of Bohemia, besides Bohemia itself, also ruled other lands belonging to the Bohemian Crown, which at various times included Moravia, Silesia, Lusatia, and parts of Saxony, Brandenburg, and
Bavaria.
The kingdom was established by the Přemyslid dynasty in the 12th century from the Duchy of Bohemia, later ruled by the House of Luxembourg, the Jagiellonian dynasty, and since 1526 by the House of Habsburg and its successor house Habsburg-Lorraine. Numerous kings of Bohemia were also elected Holy Roman Emperors and the capital Prague was the imperial seat in the late 14th century, and at the end of the 16th and beginning of the 17th centuries.
After the dissolution of the Holy Roman Empire in 1806, the territory became part of the Habsburg Austrian Empire, and subsequently the
Austro-Hungarian Empire from 1867. Bohemia retained its name and formal status as a separate Kingdom of Bohemia until 1918.
Economy and Manpower[]
Bohemia makes around $420,000 per turn (50% stability with the 20,000 starting soldiers) without upgrading tax and developing cities. The manpower of Bohemia stands at a reasonable capacity of 139,740 with an increase of 716 without conscription laws and recruitment centers.
Cities[]
Its capital city is Prague, while its most populous one is Vienna. These cities contribute heavily to a population of 6,986,997 million people.
Resources[]
The Kingdom of Bohemia produces the following resources:
Threats[]
Germany is the biggest (and most of the time, only) threat at the start of the game. Your first objective should always be to stop
Germany from taking your lands. Either try to ally them or form a coalition with the
UK and
France.
- A skilled
Poland or
Austria player may also be a threat.
Strategy[]
After Germany is not a threat to you anymore, follow these steps:
- Take out
Slovakia and form
Czechoslovakia.
- After you form Czechoslovakia, rush
Austria and AI Lure its home guard as fast as possible.
- Finally, you need to take
Slovenia. AI Lure its home guard, and quickly take its capital.
- If
Slovenia is taken by
Serbia you have a solid chance of being able to defeat them as both of you have roughly the same manpower.
- If Slovenia is taken by
Italy you will need to conquer more countries and get stronger. Head south to the Balkans and take out as many countries as you can.
Hungary,
Romania, and Serbia are especially good for increasing your power.
- You could also solve it diplomatically.
- If
- Once Slovenia is in your hands, you can finally form Bohemia.
Note: You can also ignore Czechoslovakia, and just rush Austria and Slovenia. The strategy is likely meant if you want to stay in the game after forming.
