The Kingdom of Sardinia was a state in southern Europe that existed from 1720 to 1861. It was initially established as a monarchy with the House of Savoy as its ruling dynasty, and it included the island of Sardinia as well as several territories on the Italian mainland. The kingdom played an important role in the politics of Italy during the 19th century, as it was one of the few states on the peninsula to have a relatively stable government and a strong military.
The Kingdom of Sardinia was known for its liberal political system and its support for political and social reform. For example, it was one of the first states in Europe to abolish feudalism and introduce a modern legal system. The kingdom also played a significant role in the unification of Italy, as it was one of the major players in the Risorgimento, the movement to unify Italy under a single government. In 1861, the Kingdom of Sardinia was dissolved and replaced by the Kingdom of Italy, which included most of the Italian peninsula.
During the Napoleonic Wars, The Kingdom got pulverized by Napoleon Bonaparte* in the French Expedition to Sardinia (Which was a Spanish-Sardinian Victory). *Which had became apart of Napoleon in 1796.

The Sardinian island's terrain is Hilly, the rest of the formable's terrain is Semi-Mountainous or Mountainous.

Liguria so you could have a coastline. Next Justify on 
Monaco to get an Airbase. Next Justify on 
Piedmont, then 
Lombardy, 
Valdosta, and finally Savoy. That's how you form

If you are playing as Savoy Justify on Valdosta first. Next Justify on Piedmont, then Monaco, after that Lombardy, and then finally Sardinia. That's how you form Kingdom of Sardinia! (as Savoy)
Threats[]
Italy retaking you.- France or Germany trying to form the Frankish Empire. The French, alternatively, may attempt to form the Napoleonic Empire, or simply reintegrate Savoy
- Austria attempting to form the Holy Roman Empire.
- Any other north Italian releasables attempting to form Padania.
- Aragon attempting to form the Crown of Aragon in which it requires Sardinia.
