Military traits are additional attributes applied to military leaders. They present immediate modifications towards several units within the military, such as attack, defense, mobility, and more.
Description[]
Traits are extra advantages a military leader provides along with base bonuses ("base" bonuses are military modifiers that a military general naturally provides, and every general has at most one trait as soon as they are hired). If a trait boosts the same stat a base buff already boosts, these boosts can stack.
For example, a military leader may receive a +14% attack from base buffs, but the Aggressive trait may add another +10% attack, summing the total amount to +24% attack bonus for the division applied. However, traits do not necessarily need to stack with the base buffs, instead, they can enhance a stat that the base buffs do not affect.
Upgrading Traits[]
Additional traits can be voluntarily selected if the military leader gets promoted into the next rank, in which the newly earned trait can be stacked with other traits that the military leader claimed previously.
For instances, following the example mentioned two paragraphs above, the leader receives the Logistician trait, which provides a random value (note that each traits' quantities are randomly generated, even if its the same type) of -10% military upkeep. This trait will also stack with their Aggressive trait.
Or another example, also following the example mentioned three paragraphs above, if they rechose the Aggressive trait, which provides an another +20% attack bonus, the +20% will stack on top of the +24% attack bonus for both base + trait combined (according to the example), which sums the total amount to +44% attack.
List of Known Traits[]
The modifiers for each trait are randomized, so there is no specific number documented in the list below. However, none of the traits provide any form of direct drawbacks.

Trivia[]
- Some of the traits' names are partial references to real-life military colloquial callsigns. For instance, "Bombardier" is a term used for an airman operating a bomber in the United States Air Force[1], "Panzer Commander" could refer to a tank commander (not necessarily representing the German Panther tank), and "Ace Pilot" represents an aviator operating fighter aircraft[2], among more.
- Traits initially released on the 10/25/2023 Major Update (October 25, 2023). However, the concept of traits was introduced by Hyperant in the Official Discord dating back to August 19, 2023.[3]
- All climate specialization traits, Desert Fox, Jungle Warrior, Winter Solider, and Mountaineer, were added in the 12/23/2023 Minor Update (December 23, 2023).
- The Bunker Buster trait was added in the 02/10/2025 Minor Update.
- Galespeed offers higher movement speed than that of Organizer.
- Desert Fox, a climate specialization trait in the game, was an operational codename used to refer to Erwin Rommel, a German general in World War II who achieved notable success as the commander of the Afrika Korps during the North African Campaign.[4]
