Military Power is a military currency that can be used to purchase various modifications within the military branch, particularly doctrines, generals, and operations.
The amount of military power during the beginning of the game is 500, with a starting gain of +3.5 per 5 days. However, this number can be changed over time using various modifiers.

Modifiers That Require Military Power[]
There are only three sectors that require a varying amount of military power to be used or implemented.
(1) Doctrines[]

Military Doctrines are designed to influence all features related to the military, such as unit performances, military experience, military operation costs, advanced training, national manpower growth, reinforcement costs, and more.
The initial doctrines located on the first levels of the spectrum / last level of the naval and aerial spectrum (Thalassocracy, Service Streamlining and Inter-Service Coordination) require 500 military power to activate (e.g. 'Static Lines', 'Grand Fleet', 'Mass Production', etc.), while the remaining ones cost 250 military power (e.g. 'Armored Fist', 'Deep Cruising', 'Close Air Support', etc.)
(2) Leaders[]

Military Leaders, also known as Generals, are individuals associated with military that can manipulate various attributes of units in specific military groups upon being assigned. They have their own names that are randomly picked by the game dependent on their nationality.
In the recruitment panel, hiring and assigning any military leader costs 300 military power.
(3) Operations[]

Military Operations are based off of real-life military strategies that encompass all military branches, from the army, navy, to the air force.
The vast majority of the operations costs a total 1,000 military power to implement, while only two, 'Massed Artillery' and 'Lightning Offensive', costs 500 and 1,250 military power, respectively.
Modifiers That Change Military Power[]
There are only three sectors that can change the income of military power per 5 days.
(1) Military Spending[]

Military Spending, located in the Economic Laws tab, is capable of increasing or decreasing military power depending on the level that is chosen. Military spending that is above Level 5 increases military power gain, while any Level lower than 5 decreases military power gain.
(2) Doctrines[]

The only two doctrines that can increase military power gain are 'Military Planning' and 'Grand Battle Plan,' both of which are located in the Land category.
(3) Political Leaders[]

The only Political Leader that can increase military power income is the Chief of Staff.
(4) Technology[]

There are two technologies located in the 'Political' branch that increase military power gain. These are 'Military Scholarship' and 'Military Field Testing.'
