National Modifiers UI

A country can view their current national modifier(s) through accessing the country tab. Upon hovering the modifier interface, it shows the attributes they received and the expiration date

National modifiers are modifiers that provide spontaneous radical changes to a country's internal system, categorized under the branches of economy, military, government, and more.

National modifiers can have varying durations, either temporary or indefinite. However, the modifiers will automatically be removed once specific conditions for nullification are met. This could include factors like the expiration of a set date, the selection of certain decisions within dilemmas, or adjustments to particular national configurations (e.g., economic laws, stability, war exhaustion, and more).

Modifiers that are introduced can be viewed by accessing the country tab.

Guides/Tips for National Modifiers[]

Notes[]

  • National Modifiers that do not have a specific duration listed in the "How to Remove" slot indicates the modifier will remain permanent until certain conditions and requirements are met for removal.
  • National Modifiers that have an expiration date don't possess any events that can shorten the duration or remove the modifier completely before the timer stops.
  • "Raise stability" means to accumulate the threshold of 45% - 50% stability or more, as maintaining over +50% stability results in more positive events, which leads to higher chances of removal.
  • "Remove High War Exhaustion" means to lower war exhaustion until it is 1 or below.
  • "Random Number Generated" means the modifier can spontaneously appear at random intervals throughout the game, whether it is from the start of 2019 to the later stages of the match. However, certain conditions can affect the probability of the modifier's appearance.

Formable Modifiers are national modifiers that can be gained through forming a certain formable, in which the modifier will provide primarily buffs and sometimes drawbacks upon activated, and along with it being permanent, unless if the modifier gets nullified by a separate formable modifier.

Rampant Corruption was removed as the reworked Corruption mechanic replaced it entirely in the November 18, 2023 Update.
