Start the game by making 3 Electronic Factories, enabling the Public Service Act, and upgrading your technology to Factory Output 2. After your economy is set, justify on Micronesia and use the AI luring technique to capture their cities and take their recourses. Afterwards, make
Consumer Goods and sell them to AI countries in order to expand your economy. Start justifying on more nearby island nations and train more troops and artillery. Go around from island to island, capturing their capitals using your troops and your artillery to support you. From here, you can invade
Cambodia and the rest of Indochina to build your population and have access to more recourses, which may also help you upgrade your navy against other players. Now, you can do whatever you want, whether it’s continuing to expand or improving your economy.
