In order to report a rule-breaker in Rise of Nations you must join the Official Discord server, at https://discord.gg/YAy9Gdk. You must be 13 or above to join it, otherwise you will be banned. For more region-specific details, they can be found here.
Verify your account and follow the instructions below. Do not DM mods for reports.
After verifying your account in the Discord server, click reports, in the Help Channels category, near the top of the channel list. If you still cannot find it, paste <#609484968372207616> in Discord and click the channel.
After clicking on the channel, you will see instructions on how to make a report, in detail. It is highly recommended to read it first. If you want to see it before joining the Discord Server, it is provided below:
At the very top of the channel is a message by Ticket Tool, click the envelope reaction in order to make a ticket. Fill in your report inside the ticket channel, which will always be named Ticket-(Number).
Rules for Reports To prevent abuse or misuse of our in-game reporting system, we've created these guidelines for you to strictly follow. Your ticket may be ignored or closed if you fail to abide by these guidelines, even if it is a valid rulebreaking. We regulate the Roblox ToS and our in-game rules. When making a ticket - Be respectful and nice to our staff members in tickets and don't spam ping us. We'll ignore your ticket if you're rude or impatient. - Lying in tickets will result in punishment. Do not lie, there is zero tolerance for liars. - Do not notify others staff are joining, this is critical so that we can catch rulebreakers in the act. - Joke reports will be punished for, do not open them. You can potentially be blacklisted if you constantly abuse our reporting system. - If you are reporting someone in the game lobby (server browser), include a picture of the chat, leaderboard/scoreboard and click on the profile of the user you're reporting so that we can verify who they are. When reporting users in VIP servers - Don't open tickets for users breaking rules created by the owner of a VIP servers, we don't moderate that. Exception below. - You may only open a ticket if the owner gave you explicit permission and they are unavailable and you're not able to kick/ban them. They must also provide proof they own the server. - We enforce Roblox ToS in VIP servers, open tickets for those violations. Misc information - You will be given 15 minutes to respond in a ticket. You will be warned otherwise. - Note that if someone has the [[STAFF]] title, it means they are a RoN staff member. - This is not for Discord reports, DM a staff member instead for those types of reports. Needed Items for a Valid Report This is a format, follow it or else your ticket will be less of a priority and possibly ignored. - Name of the player breaking the rules - Rule broken (say the name of the rule, not the number; instead of saying rule 5, say toxicity) - Server ID (Server ID is at the top right of the game client) - Proof and or an explanation What makes for valid proof? Exploiting/Hacking - Photo of the user admitting to doing so. - Proof in chat (if there is any) such as the "Top Hack for Rise of Nations Roblox" spam, - Photo of the exploit alongside an explanation of what you believe them to be doing. Troop Lagging - Obtain a screenshot of them lagging the server. (NOTE: If the player is at war and using said military units for invasion, this is not reportable unless it is excessive) - Screenshot of the user admitting to lagging the server. For example, [Conqueror] [Hyperant] [China]: i will lag u usa - Users with 600+ ground units or 200+ aerial/naval units will be gamebanned. Intentional lag also results in a gameban. - Photo of the "past leader" tab. Alternate Accounts - Photo of the two alternate accounts, - Admitting to using an alternate account. e.g Hyperant and Hyperant74 Toxicity/Spamming/Flooding/Inappropriate Conversation - Photo(s) of the chat and what they are saying, you may also say proof can be obtained in chatlogs if it has scrolled too far. Bypassing Roblox Filter - Photo of them bypassing the Roblox filter and sending inappropriate messages. Country Griefing - Photo of them swapping nations will do, alongside a screenshot of the grief. For example, a screenshot of before and after troops are being deleted. User admitting to doing so will also work. You can also use the "past leaders" tab for this. Do not crop anything. Troll Warring - Photo of them declaring war on multiple countries or the user saying they don't intend on peacing or invading you (or others). - Photo of the war tab. - Photo of the "past leader" tab (Do not crop it). New Life Rule/NLR - Photos of the user as both countries from diplomacy tab (e.g. Hyperant as Germany and then United Kingdom) - Photo of the user typing in chat as both nations. For example, [Grandmaster] [Hyperant] [Germany]: yo | [Grandmaster] [Hyperant] [United Kingdom]: yo - Photo of the user admitting to NLR/being the old nation. For example, [Grandmaster] [Hyperant] [United Kingdom]: yeah i was germany - Photos of you or the user declaring war on the old nation and you have annexed it or occupied most of it. - Photos of the user declaring war on you on the new nation. - Photos of the "past leader" tab. (Do not crop it) Abusing Troops/Roads - Photo of the users troops/roads and the proof it is the country. For example, Soviet Union draws a swastika, you will need a screenshot of the swastika and proof it was the Soviets doing it. - Photo of the "past leader" tab. Impersonation - Photo of the false account/them trying to act like they are someone they are not in chat. All discord staff that have access to your ticket are game staff as well.
