The economy is expected to be less than 2 million tax income if not changed by either Stability, Developing cities and Ideology. It also has a large amount of oil, and even small amounts of tungsten.

Germany - Germany requires Austria, Switzerland and Italy for Frankish Empire, and is highly likely to take Czech Republic and Austria even if they don't want to form said formable.- Italy - Usually someone is playing as Italy, you need Italy for Ostrogothic Kingdom, and usually Italy expands in the Balkans.
- Turkey - Usually Turkey tries to make the Ottoman Empire, so they need Bosnia and Herzegovina.
- Poland, Ukraine, Belarus - Rare, but they try to form Intermarium or Zapadoslavia.
Strategy[]
Forming the Ostrogothic Kingdom requires luck among other things. First, you have to ally Germany and Poland (if they're a player) and ask them both to not be expansionist. This is extremely unlikely, since players that pick either nation are most likely aggressive players. Also, Italy is often a player and Switzerland is sometimes a player.
