Political Power is a governmental currency used to operate a multitude of diplomatic functions. It is the primary baseline of structuring a nation, as it is crucial for the tasks of implementation or conversion of conscription laws, policies, ideologies, and political leaders.

Ideology[]

Ideologies require 250 - 500 political power in order for conversion, as it centers around radical changes to one's country. The first four ideologies that are located on the upper branches of the tree, which includes Socialism, Non-aligned, Nationalism, and Liberalism, require 250 political power for purchasing. While the 3 ideologies below those 4 levels, Fascism, Democracy, and Communism, require 500 political power.

However, in order to unlock the last 3 ideologies, it is needed to first transform to the prerequisite ideologies before finalizing the tree, making it 750 political power in total during most circumstances (e.g. It is required to go for Socialism before using Communism, or Liberalism before Democracy.) The sequence can be bypassed through the Enforce Ideology term in war treaties or a nation beginning as a set ideology that is not Non-aligned.

Political Leaders[]

Political leaders are politicians and officials that work for the nation's government. The individuals modify a wide range of branches upon being employed, such as the government, economy, technology, diplomacy, and military, and more. Political leaders are require a varying amount of political power to purchase and maintain.

Policy[]

Policies are national modifications that are used to rework a country's system, ranging from diplomacy, economy, technology, and military. All policies require the values of 20 to 100 political power in order to purchase. Once purchased, it is needed to be preserved, which can range within the numbers of 0.1 to 4. Policies cannot be activated without meeting the political power purchase.

Additionally, some policies have other requirements, such as being in war, having a certain ideology, or acquiring a particular stability amount. During an event of violating the requirements of a policy when it is concurrently enabled, it will automatically dismiss.

Conscription Laws[]

Conscription Laws are used for expanding or degrading manpower growth and recruitable population, all of which require 250 political power for conversion. Currently, there are a total of 5 Conscription Laws, listed from lowest to highest: Disarmed, Volunteer, Limited, Extensive, and Required. Additionally, the function for transformation is alike to the Ideology tree, as it is required to follow Conscription Laws in sequential order (e.g. In order to upgrade from Disarmed to Limited, one must change to Volunteer then Limited, or vice versa.)

However, each law above Volunteer is subject to negatively affect military's base performance, such as recruitment time and starting experience. Furthermore, it hinders certain aspects of the economy, such as obstructing a specific percentage of factory construction speed and tax income. Moreover, the levels above Limited, Extensive and Required are needed to be in war for transformation.
