Background[]
The Polynesian Confederation was a proposed political entity that would have united various Polynesian countries and territories into a single confederation. The idea was first proposed in the 19th century and gained some support in the 20th century, but it was never fully realized.
The Polynesian Confederation was envisioned as a way to promote unity and cooperation among the various Polynesian peoples, who share a common cultural heritage and history. The proposed confederation would have included countries such as 
Samoa, 
Tonga, 
Tahiti, and the 
Cook Islands, among others.
The idea of a Polynesian Confederation is still discussed today, and there have been some efforts to promote greater cooperation and integration among Polynesian countries in areas such as trade, tourism, and cultural exchange. However, there is no formal confederation in place at this time.

United States. Declare liberation war on the 
Bermuda, and invade all their land. Liberate Hawaii, and choose the country.
Tonga and New Zealand[]
Your next goal as Hawaii is to invade Tonga and New Zealand. Try asking for manpower in the chat, and offer some incentives as well. Start with invading Tonga. (work in progress from here)

United States is your greatest threat, as Hawaii (the only nation that can form it) is an American core. If you are already released, then the United States may take you back. The United States may even expand into Oceania and invade American Samoa. (UNCOMMON-RARE) - Any nation invading the United States is also considered a threat (example: Canada or Mexico forming the North American Union). (RARE)
- Australia, Westralia, or Tasmania wanting to form the Australasian Federation. (Australia would be the most common threat forming it). (UNCOMMON-RARE)
- Any Austronesian nation willing to form Alam Melayu ( Indonesia or the Philippines would be the most common threat forming it). (UNCOMMON-RARE)
