Tanks, Aircraft, and Capital ships now require resources to produce.
You can find out where resources are in the world by the use of the resources view to your lower right.
Trade Reworked[]
Instead of there being a global market, trade is now conducted on a consistent, country to country basis.
You can sell excess resources to countries for a profit or you can buy resources that you are lacking in.
You can trade with AI countries only if the trade deal you are proposing will not put them in a deficit.
Trade will cease when either party runs out of money or said resource, or when you are at war with a trading partner.
New Buildings[]
Added several factories, mines, and a radar station.
Roads[]
You can now construct roads between cities that you own. Roads increase the movement speed of your units.
Diplomatic offers change[]
Instead of appearing in the center of the screen, diplomatic offers such as alliance requests, peace deals, etc., will now appear in a popup that is located to your lower left.
Bomber Tweak[]
Bombers will now have a chance to randomly destroy any building located in a city that is being bombarded. Additionally, bombers are now more effective at city destruction, as well as increasing unrest.

Patch 1[]
Massive European lag has been fixed, but as a short-term solution, the radar station no longer detects units from 1000 km, but it can still detect submarines at short ranges.
