Saba is a Caribbean island that is the smallest special municipality (officially “public body”) of the  Netherlands. It consists largely of the active volcano Mount Scenery, which at 887 metres (2,910 ft) is the highest point of the entire Kingdom of the Netherlands. The island lies in the northern Leeward Islands portion of the West Indies, southeast of the Virgin Islands. Together with Bonaire and  Sint Eustatius, it forms the BES islands. Saba has a land area of 13 square kilometres (5.0 sq mi). The population was 1,933 in January 2020, with a population density of 148 inhabitants per square kilometre (380/sq mi). Geography[]

Terrain[]

Saba does not have any terrain because Saba is a island nation.

Cities[]

Saba only has 1 city, which is The Bottoms, it is also the capital city of Saba.

Formables[]

Saba can only form 1 formable, which the only one that can form is: Union of Caribbean States.

Strategy[]

(Currently Work in Progress)

When you play as Saba, you have a expectation that you want to become superpower nation. But in reality, things are false, your nation is currently in minor power rank. To get your expectation become true:

Expansion[]

Try to ally with strong nations, such as United States, Brazil, or Mexico. Also, immediately build 1 Electronics factory at your capital city, The Bottom. While they building your factory, activate "Advance the Research Bureau" at policies to get more research output for the use of researching, recruit a leader to get more benefits, and research Factory Output to get more resources and money from selling. Sell your Electronics to AI nations once you bought Copper and Gold.

You can justify war on other nations to be able to build more factory. However, you need to lower your unrest once you annex it and send peace (When you justify war on Sint Eustatius, don't attack them first when you only have one city, because they're closer to you and there's a chance that you will go collapsed). Build around 5 frigates to help you wipe their homeguard, but you need to buy Oil to upkeep your frigates.

Once you declare war on Anguilla, send the frigates first before the troops, recruit the infarnity while your frigates are attempted to wipe their homeguard. Don't waste too much time only for the reason is annexing Anguilla's capital city, The Valley, you have a time to build 1 Fertilizer factory and sell it to AI nations after you bought Phosphate. Don't forget to send your troops to The Valley once the homeguard is already weaken, once annex, send peace with Annex Cities, Seize Resources, and Treasuries turned on using Demand Terms.

If you want to get your true expectation faster, move your troops first before declaring wars on Saint Martin and Saint Barthelemy. Be cautious about Anguilla, because they're closer to their country, also War Exhaustion because the higher your War Exhaustion, the bigger your consenquences will get. To prevent it, set your Healthcare Spending to max level, but, you will get deficit if the spending cost of Healthcare is higher than your tax income, build 1 Steel manufactory and 1 Motor factory to be able to build Civilian factory to reduce the War Exhaustion. Research "Inspire Confidence" to get more political power for the activate of "Improve Infastructure", "The Military Service Act", and "The Public Service Act", it would help your nation better.

Once the homeguard is weaken, send your troops back to finish the homeguard off and capture Marigot (Saint Martin) and Gustavia (Saint Barthelemy). Send a peace terms once you annex it. You can continue to build a Civilian Factory to get more money from selling a Consumer Goods to AI nations.

Defending[]

Defending is the most important, especially for the island nations. It is recommended to build Anti Aircraft in the island and Submarine around your country, and your chance of getting annexed will be low if you do this, except for the Nuke, because they can wipe them only once.

Threats[]

Major threats are applied to the country that is larger than you. These threats have a high chance that will annex you.

Some of the threats are slightly low chance, which means that they need to take more time before annexing you.

  • Deseret requires you to form the Zion of America. However, they're far away from your country, so you can take them before they become your main threats.
  • La Gonave can be your threat because they're closer to you and have a plan to form Cemanahuac. But, the chance to keep La Gonave standing is low and always being annexed by Haiti for the reason is to reintegrate it back. So you can take a adventage to expand through the Caribbean, unless if La Gonave already strong enough to invade you.
  • Yucatan will be your threat because it is easier to invade you due to its number of cities. They have similar reasons to La Gonave, trying to form Cemanahuac.
