Strategy[]
The easiest nearby country to attack is 
Papua New Guinea. You should start by making 60k troops on top of what you already have and train them while you are justifying, once you are ready, attack the town of Kimbe and leave your Infantry there to be entrenched. The AI will then move to take back the city but with your entrenchment and greater manpower you will be able to defeat them. From this point no more Infantry will come after you and you can capture the rest of the country pretty easily.
Money will be a problem in the early game, however if you make electronics factories on your 2 cities you can sell the electronics to AI and have a considerable income for early game. The downside is that you will need to purchase 4 copper and 4 gold but the sales from the electronics will easily make up for this.
At this point you can start going after other small Asian nations or maybe even 
Australia.
Trivia[]
The Solomon Islands used to have one more formable. It was the 
Pacific Federation, but it was removed in the 03/29/2023 update.
