South Sudan is a Tier II nation located in Africa , despite South Sudan's weak economy, a competent player can manage to turn the nation into a power.
Background[]
South Sudan, officially known as the Republic of South Sudan, is a landlocked country in East-Central Africa. It is bordered to the east by Sudan, to the north by
Sudan, to the west by the
Central African Republic, to the south-west by the
Democratic Republic of the Congo, to the south by
Uganda and to the southeast by
Kenya.
South Sudan gained independence from Sudan in 2011 and is currently recognized as a sovereign state. Its capital and largest city is Juba, and it includes the Sudd, a large swamp region formed by the White Nile and known locally as the Bahr al Jabal, or "Mountain Sea". Prior to its independence, South Sudan was ruled by Egypt under the Muhammad Ali dynasty and was governed as an Anglo-Egyptian condominium until 1956. In 1972, the Southern Sudan Autonomous Region was established, but it was dissolved in 1983 due to the outbreak of the First Sudanese Civil War. The conflict ended in 2005 with the Comprehensive Peace Agreement, which led to the restoration of southern autonomy and the establishment of the Autonomous Government of Southern Sudan. In 2011, South Sudan voted overwhelmingly in favor of independence, and it officially became an independent state on July 9th of that year. However, the country has faced significant challenges, including ethnic violence and a civil war marked by widespread human rights abuses, including ethnic massacres and attacks on journalists.

Strategy[]
Opener to form the East African Federation:[]
Note that it is not required to fully complete one step at a time, rather, it is recommended to complete these steps concurrently.
- Immediately construct 2 electronics factories on Juba and Wau. Import 4
Gold and 4
Copper to maintain the factories and sell 25
Electronics. Keep 7 electronics in reserve.
- Recruit infantry with all available manpower through surrounding cities. Start training the infantry and jungle specialize them.
- Justify conquest on
Uganda and
Burundi. Declare war and annex both nations through your infantry. It's recommended to use entrenchment to minimize losses.
- Construct recruitment centers and develop South Sudan's cities once. Start construction on 1 steel manufactory, 1 motor factory, 1 fertilizer factory, and 1 civilian factory on Juba. Import 2
Tungsten, 4
Phosphate, 4.5
Iron, and 0.5
Titanium to maintain these factories.
- Expand military as needed. While doing so, justify conquest on
Rwanda,
Kenya, and then
Tanzania. Annex all of these nations and make sure to seize their treasury.
- After conquest is finished, form the
East African Federation. The nation is now a regional power, and has a strong foundation to begin expansion militarily, and establish dominance throughout Africa.
