Tunisia is a Tier III nation that is located in North Africa . Tunisia borders
Algeria and
Libya.
Background[]
Tunisia is the northern point of Africa. Its coastline on the Mediterranean Sea made it the subject of many empires throughout history. The Phoenicians founded Carthage in Tunisia in the 8th century BC. Carthage became a major world power fighting Rome in the Punic Wars until they were finally defeated in 146 BC. The area then became a Roman province for over 500 years.
In the 7th century the Arabs invaded Tunisia and brought with them the religion of Islam. Today nearly 99% of Tunisians are Muslim. Tunisia remained a center of Arab culture and became part of the Ottoman Empire in the 16th century. Then in 1881, the French took control and remained in control until Tunisia became an independent country in 1956.

Formables[]

Arab League.
Islamic Caliphate.
Carthage.
African Union.
Hafsid Dynasty.
Maghreb Federation (not to be confused with the
removed formable).
Strategy[]
Tunisia is blessed with a decent number of resources, which can be used for a greater economic output. First, take advantage of Tunisia's high phosphate output and build 3 fertilizer factories on the largest cities, in addition buy diamonds from nations such as South Africa to build a mine on Gafsa. Justify on
Libya and
Algeria. Since there will be close to no competition, sell as much
Fertilizer as possible to AI nations. Once the justification finishes, declare war on both nations. Recruit as much infantry units as you can and slowly take them with your infantry. While annexing those nations, start work on an electronics factory, a steel factory, a motor factory, and if possible, 2 civilian factories and more fertilizer factories. Once you've annexed both nations, form the
Hafsid Dynasty. This starts Tunisia off with a strong foundation which can be used to form other formables, such as
Carthage and the
Islamic Caliphate.
Threats[]
Tunisia has a lot of threats mainly because of having the most Phosphate together with
Kazakhstan. These major threats include, but are not limited to:
France wanting to form the
French Empire.
Germany or
Spain colonizing North Africa to gain power.
Italy, although it doesn't need it for the
Italian Empire, it often takes it due to its
Phosphate and its close proximity to itself and
Libya, which is needed for it. It may also want to form the
Roman Empire.
Egypt,
Morocco,
Algeria and other nations wanting to expand into North Africa or wanting to form the
Arab League or the
Islamic Caliphate.
