The Union of Caribbean States is a formable for all the Caribbean nations, located in North America and South America . It requires all the islands in the Caribbean, along with Belize, Bermuda, French Guiana, Guyana and Suriname. It was added in the 03/06/2025 update.

The Pan-Caribbean Congress (PCC) is a unitary Caribbean-wide political organisation that was officially formed on April 27, 2003 in Barbados. According to the earliest press releases, there were six member islands at the time of formation. The new party was formed under the auspices of and in collaboration with the Clement Payne Movement, of Barbados.

The group has the goal of forming a "Union of Caribbean States" through a full political union of all member states. Although only six states were at the original grouping, the PCC hopes to expand into every single Caribbean territory and state, whether independent or not.

• Any Central America nation may forming Republic of Central America, which requires them to take Belize and Honduras.
• Brazil expanding.

• Denmark could annex United States Virgin Islands to form Danish Empire.
• Estonia or Latvia will attack Trinidad and Tobago if left unchecked for Courland-Livonia.

Strategy

This is a relatively easy formable, the only problem being Puerto Rico which is owned by the United States, your best options to form this are playing as either Cuba, Dominican Republic or Haiti, and expanding into North America and South America , until you can beat the US and annex Puerto Rico.
