Ideological Doctrines

Ideological doctrines are additional mechanics tied to ideologies, introducing various principles that align with the nation's ideological ideals. These doctrines constitute radical changes across all branches of a country, affecting the government, economy, military, technology, and more.

Ideological doctrines can only be unlocked once a Tier 3 ideology has been acquired (i.e., Democracy, Communism, and Fascism).
