This badge represents the Wiki Administration—the Bureaucrats and Administrators
The wiki staff, or officially classified as user rights by Fandom, is the governing authority of the Roblox Rise of Nations Wiki, responsible for overseeing moderation, managing sitewide operations, and upholding the highest standards of quality across the platform. This page lists all 20 staff members as of Feburary 3rd, 2026, organized hierarchically from the highest to the lowest ranks: Head of Wiki, Bureaucrats, Administrators, Dual Moderators, Moderators, and Junior Moderators.

Joining Wiki Staff
To join the wiki staff as either a Content, Discussions, or Dual Moderator, you must apply via an application, which typically opens every two to three months, and lasts around a week. Announcements regarding open applications are posted in the official Discord (#wiki-announcements) and the community forums.
You can access the application form only in the Wiki Hub; however, you need the Applicant role to see the channel containing the applications. To claim the role, react to the green checkmark in #apps-access. Afterward, read #application-information, as it contains crucial information regarding applications. Once you are ready, open a ticket in #application-submission and answer the provided questions thoroughly. Note that these channels are hidden when applications are closed.
Results are usually announced quickly, typically within a few hours after the form is closed. If accepted, you will undergo a trial period, usually lasting a month, as Junior Moderators to assess your suitability for the staff team.
Staff Ranks
If a staff member is Suspended—meaning they have received three active strikes issued by a Bureaucrat or Administrator—hover over the reference point to view the duration and reason for their suspension (if publicly disclosed). Do not contact suspended staff regarding moderation matters, as they are unable to perform such tasks until they are unsuspended and reinstated.
Bureaucrats
Bureaucrats are the highest-ranking officials on the wiki, including the Head of Wiki and the Wiki Founder. They oversee all site operations and have the authority to promote or demote users from any rank, except for other Bureaucrats, who can only be demoted by Fandom staff or themselves.

Administrators
Administrators (Admins) are trusted staff members appointed by Bureaucrats to help manage the wiki and enforce its policies. While they share many permissions with Bureaucrats, they have less authority overall. Admins can use all powers from moderators, issue blocks, assign user rights, and edit key wiki structures, including MediaWiki system pages and modules.

Dual Moderators

Content Moderators
Content Moderators oversee site content, with the authority to delete pages (including comments and files), adjust page protections, and perform other related tasks.

Discussions Moderators are not involved in the main focus of the wiki—editing—but are responsible for managing the discussions side, including locking, editing, and deleting forums, comments, threads, and posts.

Wiki Developers

The Wiki Developers were a sub-rank of the Content Moderators, holding the same authority. However, their primary task was managing the now-discontinued project to transition the RoN Wiki from Fandom to Miraheze. Following the project's cancellation, the role of Wiki Developer was officially removed on July 31, 2024, with all developers dismissed due to redundancy and prolonged inactivity. Their position on the official Discord was subsequently replaced by the Junior Wiki Moderator, a role that remains active today.[1] |
