Yugoslavia is a formable in Europe 
, more specifically in the Balkans. It can only be formed by 
Serbia, and while it looks like a weak country at first sight, it has potential for world domination. To its disadvantage however, its three neighbors, 
Germany, 
Italy and 
Turkey, may conquer it for their respective formables. It borders Italy to the west, 
Austria and 
Hungary to the north, 
Romania and 
Bulgaria to the east, and 
Greece and 
Albania to the south. When formed, it will become the 57th to the 62nd strongest country, depending on what time frame the game is in.
Forming Yugoslavia will award the Yugoslavia Cold War Skin.

Yugoslavia was a country in South-Eastern and Central Europe Yugoslavia was invaded by the Axis powers on 6 April 1941. In 1943, a Democratic Federal Yugoslavia was proclaimed by the Partisan resistance. In 1944 King Peter II, then living in exile, recognized it as the legitimate government. The monarchy was subsequently abolished in November 1945. Yugoslavia was renamed the Federal People's Republic of Yugoslavia in 1946, when a communist government was established. It acquired the territories of Istria, Rijeka, and Zadar from The six constituent republics that made up the SFRY were the SR Bosnia and Herzegovina, SR Croatia, SR Macedonia, SR Montenegro, SR Serbia, and SR Slovenia. Serbia contained two Socialist Autonomous Provinces, Vojvodina and Kosovo, which after 1974 were largely equal to the other members of the federation. After an economic and political crisis in the 1980s and the rise of nationalism, Yugoslavia broke up along its republics' borders, at first into five countries, leading to the Yugoslav Wars. From 1993 to 2017, the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia tried political and military leaders from the former Yugoslavia for war crimes, genocide, and other crimes committed during those wars. After the breakup, the republics of Montenegro and Serbia formed a reduced federative state known officially until 2003 as the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia (FRY). This state aspired to the status of sole legal successor to the SFRY, but those claims were opposed by the other former republics. Eventually, it accepted the opinion of the Badinter Arbitration Committee about shared succession and in 2003 its official name was changed to Serbia and Montenegro. This state dissolved when |

Croatia has flat terrain whilst the rest of the country is Hilly.

Yugoslavia when formed, usually borders Hungary, Austria, Italy, Albania, Bulgaria, Greece, and Romania.

Turkey often tries to invade Serbia for Ottoman Empire.- Italy players often expand into the Balkans, most notably Albania, Croatia and Slovenia.
Strategy[]
Forming[]
- First, go attack Slovenia before a player Italy may be able to. Move troops past Croatia and Bosnia and Herzegovina to attack Slovenia, there will be no attrition.
- Second, attack Macedonia.
- Third, conquer Croatia and Montenegro.
- Fourth, attack Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Starting Moves[]
Obtaining Tanks[]
To obtain tanks, you have to buy 1 steel and 1 motor factory. Tanks will allow you to conquer everything you need much faster and can be accomplished before any of your justifications are finished. If possible, trade with players to get the resources you need for producing these factories.
Selling Electronics[]
While constructing your steel and motor factories, you should construct two electronic factories. Once these factories are done construction, you should then sell the 32 electronics you gain to AI nations.
Ally 
Russia (to deter | Turkey from attacking you), Germany (to deter Italy and Turkey from attacking you).
Domination of Europe (Unreliable and Outdated)[]
Make sure you have formed Yugoslavia.
Now you are ready to read this.
- Justify conquest on both Hungary and Bulgaria and war once justified. This will give you more 1m cities and population, and you will have better economy after you integrate the lands. Make sure you have enough troops to attack both at same time. Sometimes Turkey will have Bulgaria, so if Turkey has a hold on Bulgaria, you won't need it for a while.
- Justify on Romania, and Albania, Albania will give you more population, and Romania supplies titanium, so you don't have to rely on trade for it. It will be good for starting of tanks. You also will be able to move to Liberalism, Nationalism, or Socialism. Choose Nationalism or Socialism, it depends on what you want, if you want less war exhaust then take Socialism then Communist, if less justification time, Nationalism and Fascism. Turkey might have Greece and/or Albania, so, you will likely have to take Romania (You might run out of MP at this point if you are not careful. Go to the Military tab and switch your Doctrine to Massed Attack if you are running out).
It will look something like this...[]
- Justify on Austria and Slovakia, if not taken. Austria will help you on tungsten, which will be able to make the motor factory. You can also make the steel factory.
- Make your steel and motor factory. You are going to get your tanks that way.
- Justify on Moldova, and if not taken, Czech Republic. You are getting ready to invade Germany. Start producing tanks. You are at the point where you can turn into Democracy, Communism, and Fascism. Turn to Fascism if you are Nationalism to justify even faster. Conquer Moldova with tanks while you are at it. Justify and conquer Liechtenstein during this time.
- Justify on Germany (Unally and justify if you are allied) and Switzerland. Germany will help on cities for tank production.
- Make a tungsten trade with Kazakhstan, Qing Dynasty (Or China,) or Russia. Also justify on Luxembourg.
- Justify on Greece and Poland. You are going to surround Ukraine with your borders.
- Justify on Lithuania and Belarus. You will now completely surround Ukraine (If you are talking with Turkey, then no).
- Justify on Latvia and Ukraine. Ukraine will be good for right for right now. You will have a conflict with Russia.
- Justify on Estonia and Finland. Request Kazakhstan for iron because at this point, you will run out of iron, or are having low reserves of it.
After the Steps Above...[]
- Justify on Sweden and Norway. You are getting ready to attack the United Kingdom.
- Justify on Denmark and the United Kingdom, which will help you on tungsten. Note that the is unnecessary, so if you don't want to, justify on the Netherlands instead.
- Justify on Belgium and Iceland. You will need artillery for France and the other countries for the rest of the way.
- Justify on the Netherlands and France. While attacking France, surround the troops with artillery bombardment so they will die faster.
- Justify on Spain and Ireland. Do the same thing with artillery for the Spanish troops. Justify on San Marino and Monaco while you are at it.
- Justify on Portugal and Italy. Justify on Gibraltar and Andorra while you are at it.
- The last countries you would need are Malta and Cyprus. Justify on Malta, then you will be able to form the European Union.
You will run into conflicts such as Russia, Turkey, Italy, 
France, the 
United Kingdom, 
Egypt and 
Spain. You ought to be very careful.

European Union. Congratulations, you have conquered all of Europe with a Tier II country!
